Booking, Payment & Cancellation Guidelines

We have established the following policies to govern reservations, payments, cancellations, and refunds for both short- and long-term stays.

  • Initial Reservation
    To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment of the total amount is required.

    Final Payment
    The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 48 hours (2 days) prior to your arrival date.

    Important
    If the remaining balance is not received within the specified time, management reserves the right to release the dates without refunding the initial deposit.

  • EWe understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

    • Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival:
      100% refund of the deposit (minus possible bank fees).

    • Cancellation between 3 and 7 days before arrival:
      50% refund of the reservation payment.

    • Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival:
      No refunds will be issued, as the property was blocked and the opportunity to rent it to other guests was lost.
